Your profile:
Graduate of legal studies
Good knowledge of moldavian legislation
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
A strategic and analytical approach
Customer orientation
Dedication and initiative
Good knowledge of English, Russian, Romanian
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

Your tasks:
To manage existing/new rights and commercial contracts.
Legal adviser to company divisions
To ensure that company business is compliant with legal requirements
To provide legal and regulatory support in the preparation and submission of tenders.
Provide support to managers and process owners in the assessment and management of legal risks relating to their activities.
To represent the interests of the company in the court.
To prepare reports and legal interpretations
