Responsibilities:
- Protection of interests of the enterprise in proceedings on the basis of the power of attorney assistance in the decision of the questions connected to application tax legislations.
- Carries out a methodical management of legal work at the enterprise, renders legal aid to structural divisions of the organizations.
- Takes part in preparation of the conclusions on legal questions arising in activity of the enterprise, to the projects of statutory acts acting on a response, and also in development of offers on perfection of activity of the enterprise.

Requirements:
- University degree in economic law
- The experience of work in a post of the lawyer not less than 3 years
- Fluency in legal English (both verbal and written)
- Sound reasoning, legal analysis and document drafting abilities
