Requirements:
- University degree in Law
- Written and oral fluency in Romanian, English and Russian, including proficient handling of legal terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in in corporate law and commercial law areas, including international transactions. Familiarity with maritime law, international carriage, transport and forwarding contracts, international financial transactions will be regarded as an advantage.
- General knowledge of the Moldovan regulatory framework, judicial administrative proceedings and ability to interact with regulatory bodies.
- Outstanding analytical and research skills
- Creativity and a high level of organization
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant experience not less than 3 years.
