The candidate must know:
- national law on public organizations and accounting;
- Financial management;

The candidate must have experience in:
- Methods and techniques for economic analysis;
- Development and implementation of the financial, accounting and internal control system of NFFM and improvement of the procedures for existing systems;
- Methods and techniques for financial planning and budgeting;
- Financial risk management;
- Methods and techniques for assessing the financial activity;
- Organize staff trainings on accounting/administrative and Financial management;
- Evaluation the System for granting of loans and improvement the loans policy and collection;
- Training on establishment of organizational structure adequate for achieving the NFFM's goals and objectives;
- Сomputer skills and use programs 1C;
- Languages - Romanian and English.
