Financial manager

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of organization;
- Providing and interpreting financial information (reports, balance sheets etc.);
- Monitoring cash flows and predicting future trends;
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
- Review and evaluation for cost-reduction opportunities;
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
- Supervising staff and teamwork;
- Monitoring updates on financial regulations and legislation.
Requirements for candidates:
- Good knowledge of National Accounting Standards (NAS) and (IFRS) International Financial Reporting Standards
- Experience in the field at least three years
- Advanced PC user, good knowledge of Excel and 1C
- Reliability and result orientation
- Organizational skills
- Team spirit, initiative
- Fluent knowledge of Romanian, Russian, English
- Punctuality
