Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a new area and broaden your career opportunities with Endava. In this role you will be responsible for long term and short term forecast planning based on known influences. You will plan workloads and resource plans to minimise costs and maximise customer opportunities. Providing analysis of actual results against forecast and associated metric reporting, you will assist business unit in making well-informed business decisions, allowing continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Understanding and documenting the departmental forecast process thoroughly in order to accurately predict workloads.
- Creating and documenting a scheduling process that meets staff, business and legislative requirements, based on forecasted workloads.
- Prepare long and short term volume forecasting for business units to estimate workloads.
- Complete analyses of actual verses forecast and determine any areas for improvement.
- Prepare metric reporting for business units including trend analysis.
- Maintains a thorough awareness of the work force planning methods and tools used in the organization.
- Assists in the deployment of staff to ensure that utilization targets for the business are met.
- Understands the demand requirements forecasts sufficiently to recommend relevant actions by the business e.g. trigger the recruitment process.
- Assist the outsourcing process by preparing all related documents.
- To be responsible for the development and maintenance of databases and data collection to enable timely, accurate and intelligent analyses of the workforce.

To succeed in this role you will have or be proficient in the following:
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining clear priority allocations.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work with and support Regional staff.
- Advanced computer literacy skills (on MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word)
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level analysis, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of benefits of effective planning.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
