Your responsibilities will be:
- Target market throughout intelligence gathering on potential business.
- Design, implement and follow up customer relationships.
- Identify HR needs of the companies and consult them for the best solutions.
- Contribute with new ideas and modern thinking to the company's strategy and brand.

Requirements:
- Dynamic and result-oriented professional.
- Ability to establish and maintain key customer relationships.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
- Interactive and initiative communicator
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent command of English/Russian/Romanian.
