SENIOR AUDITOR
ProCredit Bank

Location: Chisinau

Responsibilities:
- Acting as leader for audit teams in different audit engagements;
- Gathering, preparing and analyzing data during the pre-audit phase;
- Developing expectations on process goals/objectives, process design and necessary controls;
- Designing effective tests of controls;
- Conducting audit sampling and performing audit field work;
- Drafting detailed and well-structured internal audit reports;
- Working to achieve budgeted timescale and deadlines set;
- Designing and conducting appropriate follow-up on agreed actions;
- Developing new audit programs, checking lists, questionnaires, work papers and other internal forms whenever necessary.

Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Business Studies or Economics;
- At least three years of relevant work experience, with at least two years of work experience in auditing;
- Highly proficient in written and oral communication;
- Good command of English language (spoken and written);
- Good command of MS Office;
- Good team leading skills;
- Proven ability to systematically and logically analyze information;
- Good presentation skills;
- Willingness and ability to learn and to develop continuously.
