The HR Administrator is responsible for the compliance of all the personnel documentation with the regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enters data about hired/fired and prints all documentation for the employee and the personnel files;
2. Communicates with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of employees;
3. Takes the specialty in a specific area of the HR Administration
4. Supports HR Projects and Initiatives;
5. Runs basic and standardized HR Reports;
6. Communicates with the state authorities;
7. Cooperates with Heads of other departments as HR data are connected with the data from the rest of the organization;
8. Manages employee’s payroll, time and attendance, and HR policy and procedures;
9. Manages and counsels employees on benefits;
10. Works knowledge of state and local employment laws and regulations;
11. Prepares new hire packages;
12. Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, bill, pay rate changes, and new hires;
13. Insures that Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures;
