Job Description:
The purpose of this function is to research, assess and acquire any type of information for the creation and maintenance of the TomTom database of Moldova and to execute sourcing & quality processes. This search can be done from an office or on the field, by different means.

Primary Duties:
• Perform data collection tasks in the field, including capturing certain complex features which requires specialized knowledge about specifications processes and tools, being the main responsible of the quality of the features involved on this process.
• Perform office data collection tasks which require highly specialized knowledge on certain features or full knowledge about specs, processes & tools.
• Support the Production Plants on the release processes
• Demonstrate appropriate follow-up procedures and ensure all contact notes and actions are filed completely and accurately in tracking system.
• Identifying potential and known data providers and contact them by phone, email, visits or other means and maintain a contact network of key information suppliers in the geographical region, being responsible of the first analysis of the data supplied, the supplier management of these suppliers and the overall follow up of the results on the database of the output generated by these suppliers.
• To make a detail planning of all tasks depending on defined priorities in order to deliver the needed information of the different projects in time and reporting the results accordingly.
• Analysis and quality check of different types of data in order to define the best process to conflate it onto the database and perform all direct operational work to prepare it for it.
• Perform quality checks of the work done by other parts of the organization or by the Production Plant or to generate quality statements of the database.
• Support other parts of the organization and other TomTom departments on the local knowledge of the specific geographical region.
