• Ensures implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
• Participates in recruitment process: organizes interviews, works with recruitment agencies and maintains contacts with applicants.
• Collects requirements for different positions, in cooperation with management develops job profiles.
• Coordinates evaluation of personnel performance, conducts satisfaction surveys in the Company.
• Ensures implementation of corporate culture.
• Advises Company’s employees on different labour related issues.
