# Ensures the implementation of group contracts
# Collects sourcing for local or specific needs
# Acts as point of contact for commodity managers
# Act as point of contact for business unit requesters, representing the complete sourcing function
# Select local suppliers when corporate contracts are not sufficient, using the local sourcing process

Requirements:
# University degree in Economics or Law
# 5 years of experience
# Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, English
# Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
# Well organized, flexible, reliable
# Good communication skills
# Able to work under pressure
