Purchasing system specialist

Purchasing system specialist responsibility:
# Purchases materials, supplies, equipment and contracted services;
# Receives and reviews purchase requisitions;
# Compliance with applicable rules and regulations;
# Investigates sources of supplies and interviews vendors and maintains appropriate records in order to determine best quality and price of supplies;
# Maintains accurate, up-to-date logs, files and records

Required knowledge and skills:
# Economic or technical university degree;
# Any experience, education or training in required domain;
# Principles and practices of purchasing;
# Knowledge of technical standards and requirements for production materials & spare parts purchasing;
# Accurate work and meet deadlines;
# Effective communication techniques;
# Knowledge of SAP system;
# Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian;
# Good PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
# Driving license.
