Field Promoters Supervisor (Balti)

Responsibilities:
# Achieve agreed targets for the Coverage and Distribution Monitoring of Company brands across the region
# Organize the work of the agents’ team (the Team), create co-operative Team. Plan and implement routes optimization for the Team. Coach and develop the Team, set personal example. Conduct coaching field visits. Monitor work performance, guide and offer feed-back to the Team.
# Lead and motivate the Team to develop the business plan, agree key business objectives and maximize the company growth;
# Analyze competitors' activities;

Minimum requirements:
# University Degree preferably in Economics, Management or related areas;
# Experience in the position of Sales Representative in a local or an international company, experience on a managing position would be an asset;
# Romanian/Russian-fluent, English - beginner;
# MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
