Commercial Back Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
To perform specific back-office activities (client data transfer, orders placing, invoices registration, offers fulfillment, contracts activation and prolongation, change of ownership and tariffs).
To accurately handle and process data in the provided electronic systems.
To keep up to date with all modifications of the procedures and use them in day-to-day work.
To contribute efficiently to the working process optimization and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
University degree
Proficiency in written and spoken Romanian and English languages
Knowledge of French or German is considered an advantage
Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
Experience in data entry or data administration would be a plus
Self-organization and high sense of responsibility
